Nature of the Service
Red Lake County Released Inmates is a privately owned reference site. It stores no official government record and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a document. Its pages point toward NWRCC, Red Lake County, Minnesota corrections, court, supervision, and federal resources, along with some outside research tools.

These terms are governed by Minnesota law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Minnesota.
Severability
If a court finds one part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in force. The affected part will be adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
